U.S.GC Service department of DV Lottery service grants so called “Green Card Lottery”. Here are some specific, and profound easy-to-use guidelines how and why to get one of those “lucky-citizenship” tickets.
By the law, the U.S. Government in corporation with Lottery Diversity Immigrant Visa (also known as the "the American Immigration Lottery", or "The American Visa Lottery") grants 50,000 divers visas to the non – American citizens. “Lucky-to-get” visas grant permanent residence and work status to the lottery winners. Each one individual, couple, and/or family can regularly win U.S. visas this way. The winners are eligible to enjoy permanent resident advantages, and benefits; this also includes work, education opportunities not different than the U.S. citizens, and severally health care. The Diversity Program is being conducted based on the laws and regulations of the United States of America, and have been and will be provided on an annual basis by the Department of State. Every potential applicant should know and follow the Section 203 (c), the Act on the Immigration and Nationality from the U.S. law in order to be well informed and prepared.
Nevertheless, there are number of countries that are non-eligible for “Green Card Lottery” applying in 2015 due to the special requirements and limitations those countries have exceeded. In general, visas are clearly available for the citizens of those countries with historically low U.S. immigration rates. In fact, DV separates applicants simply in geographical regions, and sets boundaries and limitations, that are simple but strict. For the 2015 DV Program the Republic of Bangladesh, South American Brazil, Canada, mainland of China, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominic Republic, Islands of Haiti, sub-continent of India, Middle American countries of Jamaica and Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, and South Korea and United Kingdom from Asia and Europe; it should be clear that all parts of the UK are included with an exception of North Ireland. There are also special requirements for the Gaza, Egypt, and Guatemala.

As already mentioned, requirements are simple but strict. For the beginning: (1) applicants have to be from one of available countries (this means where you have been born); (2) one must has meet education experience required by the DV program in 2015; and/or, (3) person applying has to meet work experience requirement of the DV program in 2015 (U.S. Department of Labor defines requirements in this field). Every participant that is either unsecure, or does not meet these conditions should not apply for the DV 2015 program.
Procedure for submitting of an application mostly flows electronically. The Department of State only accepts fully complete and successful forms submitted in electronic way. Individuals applying more than once will be automatically disqualified. If registration, and the form are successful it will result in receipt of confirmation email. This way applicant is able to check his application status. DV program 2015 is a great opportunity for all those who dream of a better tomorrow.
